Welcome to our Landscape Photography Workshop and Boot Camp : LAKE DISTRICT NATIONAL PARK.

This workshop is designed for photographers who are interested in capturing the beauty of the natural world through their lens. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced photographer, this workshop will provide you with the tools and techniques needed to create stunning landscape photographs.

During this Lake District National Park Landscape photography workshop, you will learn how to capture exciting, creative landscape and nature images through ‘in the field’ tutorials in front of the majestic mountains and serene lakes that occupy the Park. The Lakes outstanding natural beauty has inspired artists, writers, and poets for centuries, including William Wordsworth and Beatrix Potter. It is a photographer’s paradise and home to so many iconic viewpoints that you could visit time and photograph on this excursion.

In this workshop, we will cover the fundamentals of landscape photography;

  • Including Pre-Production, Composition, lighting.

  • Post-production sessions with evening drinks.

  • We will explore various techniques for capturing a range of landscapes, from rugged mountains to serene seascapes. We will also delve into the use of filters, lenses, and other accessories to enhance your images.

This is a hands-on, immersive experience where you will have the opportunity to practice your skills in the field under the guidance of experienced instructors. You will learn how to scout locations, plan your shoots, and capture the perfect shot.

Welcome to the beginner photography workshop!

This workshop is designed for those who are new to photography or have limited experience with a camera. In this workshop, we will cover the fundamentals of photography;

  • Including camera handling, composition and lighting.

  • Explore various shooting modes and settings.

  • know more about different types of cameras and lenses available.

    1. Meet at St. James Park ( 14:00 - 15:30 ) : Meeting point for all the members. Things to capture: Lake, flora & Fauna, view of London eye with nature, portraits.

    2. Trafalgar square (15:30 - 16:00 ) : Walk towards Trafalgar Square. Things to capture: On-Street , People, Architecture, portraits.

    3. London Eye (Thames South bank) (16:00 - 16:45 ) : Start walking from Trafalgar Square to London eye. Explore the London south bank, one of the most happening banks of Thames river. Things to capture: Waterfront, Urban Landscape, People, Portraits, street.

    4. Big Ben ( 16:45 - 5:30 ) : Last stop for the workshop. Explore the Westminster Abbey and Big ben area. Things to capture: Architecture, History, Urban Landscape, People, Street.

By the end of the workshop, you will have gained the confidence and skills to capture the essence of London through your lens. You will have a deeper understanding of photography and be able to create stunning images that will be treasured for years to come.     Lesson 6: Exposure Triangle: Mastering aperture, shutter speed, and ISO for proper exposure.
